Guided Sound Meditation

Join me for a guided mediation with sound vibrations from Alchemy Crystal & Tibetan singing bowls & Lyre Crystal Quartzophone that will guide us into a connected circle of intention, relaxation & healing. The group will be lifted into a realm of higher frequencies where each can go on their own personal journey & receive the guidance that is needed at that time. Personal Light Language transmissions will be given to each person. These higher dimensional frequencies speak directly to your DNA, heart, cells & energy fields; finding each persons’ resonance into your physical, mental, emotional & spiritual bodies to allow any activation, releases, healing, balancing, messages or whatever is needed at that time to anchor into your NOW space. While your mind may not understand the ‘words’, your heart & subtle bodies understand the support & healing that the Language of Light offers. Group Akashic Record Readings ~ Your Soul's Journey

Come take a journey into you’re Soul’s Akashic Records. These readings take you into a deeper part of yourself & soul that you may not have known. I will start by opening the Akashic Records of the group so that information & guidance for all, on a group level will be given. I then allow the Akashic energy to guide me, where it’s needed, to whomever in the group & pull forward their Records for personal messages for that person. I will then open the floor to any others in the group who I did not go to but who have a specific question or would like a message. The Akashic Records is a space of consciousness of non-judgement & very high frequency that holds the records or memories of everything your Soul has ever done, in any lifetime or time & space. Since there is an eternity of information here, it is best to be as specific as possible when asking any questions. This is not your typical “reading”, when I am in your Records it is information for your Soul’s growth that comes through-on a Soul level-not a 3D material level. Profound messages, healing & Light Language can happen. Authentic Games Night

Are you tired of idle chit chat with family, friends & strangers, people not seeing who you are or are becoming & boring conversations that don't light a spark? Then this Authentic Games Night is for you, where you can say it like it is. The games & exercises are an exhilarating opportunity to share our experiences of each other clearly, honestly & with a sense of humor – to co-explore more deeply Who We Are. We'll be having fun with the layers of 'social masks' we don consciously & unconsciously. And be diving in to see how honestly & adventurously we can cut to the chase & create deeper connection, in this moment, with new people as well as those you've 'known' for years. There is a created container for you to speak what you might normally hold back, to ask questions you are curious about & to feel the deep sense of satisfaction & relief that occurs when you connect with others while truly being yourself. Men, Women, Singles, Couples are all welcome.

Ecstatic Dance

Join me & others in the community, for a conscious flow dance! We will flow through different waves of music styles & movement. This is an ecstatic dance where, with intent & awareness, you can drop into your body & allow it to move however it needs to in each moment. An opportunity to shake off all the built-up stresses & reminding yourself how to be free & playful through movement & dance. This is a non-judgment space so all are welcome, all dance is welcome & all types of music will be put together in an hour flow playlist. So, come on we all need to let loose – just move & shake it every once in a while. Don't let the "I can't dance" stop you, if you can move your body...you can dance.
